The Village Initiative

We aim to positively impact formerly incarcerated individuals’ lives by providing them with opportunities for stable housing, employment, and overcoming addiction.

Our Programs

Transitional Housing

Residential stability during the high-risk period immediately following release from prison is critical to reducing recidivism

Mentoring Program

Through collaborative programming with correctional facilities, The Village Initiative provides mentoring to high-risk individuals six months to a year before release and 6 months after their release from incarceration.

Promising Path Youth Program

The Village Initiative is hoping to empower our youth to break cycles of generational curses, stereotypes, substance use disorder, untreated mental health and so much more!

Addiction Recovery Programs

We hope to empower returning citizens with the skills necessary to maintain a healthy substance-free lifestyle in their journey to a new life

Our Services

The Village Initiative Reentry Supportive Services provide a comprehensive range of resources to aid individuals transitioning back into society after incarceration.
